Hello,

I am from Sulaymaniyah/Iraq, and my fiancé is a US citizen we want to file I-129f for alien fiancé K1 visa, the problem is the US embassy in Baghdad/Iraq doesn’t process visas anymore in my country, I was wondering
1- what consulate should I write down in question 62a in the form about the consulate and embassy in my country for the interview?
When I’m filling my form,
2- can I write Amman embassy in my form for the interview?
3- Is it acceptable to write another country other than Iraq?
4- Do Amman embassy accept Iraqi cases for the interview?

Thank you so much for your help.

Yes, because K1 visa processing is suspended in Iraq.  You may select Abu Dhabi (UAE), Amman (Jordan), or Ankara (Turkey).  If you have legal residence at any other country, you may go through visa processing at the US consulate there.

Just a reminder that it is your USC fiance's petition, not yours.  Of course, you may help in filling out the form, but your USC fiance should be the signatory on the form.  You will need to sign your own statement of intent to marry that must be submitted with the I-129F form.
