Hey I'm married to an US citizen we have two kids and been together for almost three years. He is recently been in jail can he petition for me while in jail he won't allow to take passport photos in jail. Do I have to send the passport size photos of him to USCIS?

Do you also have a joint sponsor that meets the income guidelines? Your husband will have to complete a I-864 and your joint sponsor will also have to complete the I-864.

I am an immigrant I have two American citizens children. My join sponsor has no children and he's not married how would I calculate the house hold size?

Because the petitioner already fill is form and the house hold size equal to 4.

Would the joint sponsor hold size would be 2 since I'm the only immigrant?
