This is getting really confusing 

 

If your spouse remains on the F2a visa as spouse of LPR, her DQ and place in line should not be affected by adding the derivative 

 

If she changes to IR/CR1 because you naturalize, her application will continue progressing but the child will not be covered by her visa application 

 

If you naturalize, you will file I130 for your child and this application will be standing on its own, processing as per its place in the queue, which will be a fair bit back from your wife's   I believe it is possible to request an expedite for the child's application, but I am not familiar with the process or timing for that .
