given name and middle name

hello, im currently answering my iv application...
 

the help said

i answered with my given name and middle name, but the form also asks for my parents given names.

 

should I also put their first name + middle name in the given name question for my parents??? (their middles names are on their passports...)

i'm asking this question because the quote above is only on the side of the MY given name but not on the side of my parents given names questions...

 

 

also, after submitting my iv application do I have to immediately send my documents (birth certs, police clearance etc.)?? or do they have to examine my application first before

letting me submit my docs??

Yes, first + last names.

Right. They won't review your application until you submit all the required documents.

 

⚠️ It looks like you processing your application on your own, right? Make sure everything is correct, no one wants to see an RFE!.

Yeah, you're right!

 

Given Name = First + Middle names

Surnames = Last names

 

Is your case a CR1/IR1?
