[K1 & K3 both are non immigrant visas,Yes so u will have to stand in Non immigrant line.

You should reach at convention center at 6am.

it was my understanding that though they r non immigrant but treated like immigrant?

I-129F NOA1 : 2008-03-04 (Received in post : 2008-03-18)

I-129F NOA2 : 2008-09-08

NVC Received : 2008-09-15

NVC left: 2008-09-16

Embassy received: Around 2008-09-23

Package 3.5 received: 2008-10-08

PAckage 3.5 sent: 2008-10-09

Medical: 2008-11-10

Interview date: 2008-11-24

Yes it is my understanding that k3 is non immigrant but they treated like immigrant i always called USEM Islamabad and call non immigirant secetion but they said u should call immgoirant visa section

so its nature is non immigirant but its called immgirant VISa....

give them ur petitoner name beniuficiary name and DOB and case number they will provide You all information about ur case.

Today i callled USEM they said i have scheduled ur interview date yesterday for DEC 2ND

u will recev ur interview letter or call From AMEX with in 2 To 3 days........

As for DOS Telling you what stage you r on is not true... if u r in admin processing they will only tell you that and not real specifics..

U have to Call American standerd time Not PST.

AND can any body tell me Vaccination is required or not For k3 medical...........and what i have to pay 6100 or minus vaccination charges.......
