hye congradulationssss happy for yoOU!!!

i gota question is that my wife goin k-3 admin process since nov27 2007 after interview in islambad...nextmont is our anivesary for this stupid proces...DID YOU call DOS inquiring about ur spose case and thas when they told you that your spouse security check was done firstime and then 2nd time........ DO they tell you that on fone or how u happend to find out that security chks were done twice.... i call that number they told me alwys its still under pending but no mention of if its 1st or 2nd security chks.. or etc.

i was wondering how they told u or u asked them?

More and more people are reporting their wives on AP on this thread which is beginning to get to me!

We spent a year and a half on my husband's background check at the USCIS level (even though he is a US citizen) and from the looks of it, they'll be throwing me into that black hole too after the interview. I spent the better part of my life in the middle east and I am pretty sure that's reason enough for them to delay my AP forever.

Is there any woman out there who was done with her AP within a few months? Or was lucky enough never to go to that hole?

you need to tell me what is going on with your case , please tell me briefly so i can give u some good suggestion regarding to your case , if u have filed for one case and your husband is gone through one interview , why would u guys file for another case , the result is going to be same until u dont slove case no 1 , u filed , so please tell me briefly about your case ,

explain , case , category is it CR1 , IR1 , K3 , K1 which one

what is the out come of interview ?

what is indeed written of the paper he got after his interview ?

so please explain briefly so that i can guide you , if you cant explain here , email me on

Can someone recommend a hospital / doctor in Islamabad from where I can get vaccinations done. Most government hospitals like PIMS don't have the facility. Any experiences?

ur AP is done , and u sent ur passport in for visa right?

sure, emailing never hurts. you can just tell them that you've sent the passport and ask if they've received it and how long before you can get a response. calling has never worked for me, always get the line busy.

you should call the amex first then after dat you should call the embassy .... and let us know where u r now?

in my brother case he sent the passport without any call from embassy when he send the passport via amex and then he call the embassy that i sent my passport via amex after few days he call the embassy again and ask update then they said his passport has recevied and to the concern dept for stamp for the visa and u wil get the passpor back very soon via amex

Hello guys!

I sent my package to USEM islamabad 7 october and they mentioned in thier letter that they will review it in 2 to 3 weeks.

So 3 weeks are over now no call from AMEX.

What should i do now?

Call embassy or call Amex?

i'm in the same boat. my fiance has gone to the amex office in lahore twice now. he's so impatient. one of the last vjayers to get a k1 visa said it took a little over 3 weeks to get the interview notice. good luck. you can try emailing the embassy. when i had before with other issues, they were helpful, but i've heard they kind of have a unhelpful attitude in general.

k1 affidavit of support:

hi all,

i was hoping maybe someone had some information about this. i realized that after i had the form for affidavit of support (i 134) notarized, i put the wrong age. the consulate in lahore advised me to add an attachment with the correction. i did, but then realized it was STILL WRONG because i forgot to take in account that i had the form notarized 2 days before my fiance's birthday. it's been over 2 weeks since we have turned in the 3.5 packet, and no word. i hear that the consular may ask my fiance and may even call me about this. any advise? anyone have a similar problem?

anyone have their k1 visa approved in the last month besides monty?

my nvc is gonna start from 1st nov.. my husband has sponsered me and its i130

do u get interview dates over the phone?! or what happens now?

u guys think i will be done by dec?

should i call them and ask nvc to set up an interview date for me?

how long usually it takes to get the interview date?
