NEED HELP PLEASE GUYS HELP ME OUT WHAT SHOULD I DO WHERE SHOULD I CONTACT I ALREADY EMAILED THE SENATORS OF MY STATE NO ONE IS HELPING WILL TEH CONGRESSMAN B ANY HELP?

How can anyone help you when you havent filled out you timeline We dont know where you are in the process , what kind of visa you reapplied for? Have you gotten NOA2 for spouse visa? Nobody can give u any true advice unless we know where you are in the process. Forget about the K-1 visa (fiance) that is not an option anymore. The embassy probably realized you got married and thats why they didnt contact him, because a spouse cant enter the US on a fiance visa (Its the law). Your timeline starts from when you refiled for the spouse visa.

only thign i heard from DOS is its still pending, and someone by the name of chris told me, looks like i am in thelast 30 days of AP..

how does he know? anyone have an idea?

also its name check clearance as told by embassy, and chennai pps said it can be any day now... inshAllah...

i will keep everyone posted..

sorry brother no body know when A/p will end bcoz when i was in pak they put me on A/P but after 27 days i got cleared and get my visa in a week .but in my brother case his A/p cleared after 6 months and 4 days but still he did not get visa yet becoze he clear 5 days ago in few days he get his visa inshallah but only thing v can do pray for u and for allz who r in a/p

My fiancee's interview was on September 29th and she didn't get her passport until October 14th. Of course you can take out 3 days for Eid. You'll get it soon...no worries.

Hello Mrs. Saiff.

Try calling the embassy in ISL and ask them how his passport could be returned. If they can't help on the phone, it may be worth just going to the embassy. I think there is about 1 hour or 45 minutes sloted for applicants to ask question at the embassy. U.S citizens can go to the embassy for inquries as well, more time is available for them. Check out state department's website and ISL embassy page to get the timing.

my brother call the embassy last monday they guys said ur visa is approved i mean issused .v will contact u in 1 or 2 day.but my brother sent his passport on Tuesday through Amex karachi which is funny he sent his passport without requesting by embassy u know what i mean .is it ok or????

Thanks for replying nicely thanks since im very upset cuz of the whole situation nothing seems to b going in right direction im here in USa right now cant go to the Islamabad embassy since i know they let American citzen in , So i tired calling the Islamabad embassy last night they dont have any Live operator all in machines n i used so many of my fone cards went wasted plus the time diffrence May Allah help, im very frausterated at the moment Plus the # i tried which is 51-208-2700 sumthing like that dont even have like right option like they say for english press one i did n still kept saying for english oress one n for whole good hour wated my fone card , i just wish i could talk to live operator .I still wish if there was sum accurate site since i sent emails they never reply

I know its very difficult to get an operator at the embassy but they do have operators. When my wife was waiting for her visa in August, I spoke to them several times. Its frustrating but you have to keep trying. I don't remember their phone hours but try in the last half hour. It would be middle of the night here but thats the only time you can talk to an operator.

Why don't you have your spouse try from Pak at the same time? Hopefully one of you would get through. I would suggest that you shouldn't ask them about your new application that you just submitted but fiind out what is happenning with your spouse's passport they have been holding.

If you dont care about your old application, just say that he needs to go out of the country and needs his passport, they should just return it without the visa.

I know its expensive but it may be worth talking to a lawyer, considering you have been waiting for 3 years. Do you know if he is on A/P? When did A/P start?

So, upon a request to the embassy to please send us the complete package 3.5, they mailed us the package for I-130.

This process is so annoying at every stage.

But Allah has a plan.
