Hi again.......guys i need your help here. I have decision to make here. Should i send the Engagement ceremony pictures with Packet 3.5???? The reason why i am asking i heard it in another post, the visa can be denied on the basis of engagement ceremony looks like a marriage ceremony. And i had some good arranged function. But if i don't send the engagement pictures then how would i prove my engagement. Please Please Help and tell your experiences.

We sent our engagment cermeony pics w/the orginal papers (though there is no requirement for it)... and we had an offical cermeony @ a banquet hall and we both were dressed up however, not like a bride n groom!

the topic that we did nikah or anythin' was never brought up by the couslate however his interview was of no more than 5 mins and only thing the consulate asked was bout the pics... basically askin' him to recongize who i was! no other Qs

So i honestly think it all depends on how 'you' look @ the cermony. Our case is an exception mayb since both of our immediate families r in USA...n how culd we get married w/out our families?

If your beneficiary is a male, good luck w/the AP:( we have been on AP for past 6mons almost.

Hey everyone. So I'm a little confused about the whole packet 3, 3.5, 4....etc. I know that that's what the embassy sends out, but what's the difference between all of these? Would anyone be kind enough to explain?

Thanks in advance!!

Liberal,

When did you hear, you case was completed. Can you please update you timeline. You don't have to do anything now. Just wait for NVC to assign you an interview day. If your case is completed, just wait for the message to change "Your case is forwarded to the embassy" then call NVC and find out about your interview day.

Good luck!

I called NVC. and Got reply CASE COMPLETE..
