1- Who is sponsering you?

2- Asked name of Husband?

3- Where does he live in US?

4- Where does he work?

5- VO asked to show pictures if you have and pix were seen.

After getting all ansers the VO congratulated my wife and said you are all set! and asked the nearest city where she can pick up visa. He said we will call you on your cell phone that we have right here pointing a form which she acknowledged. He said you will get a call bet 7-10 days to pick up your visa.

Thats about all.

I will not be able to respond further as I'm flying back home tomorrow for wedding and will be back after a month Insha'Allah. We will be going to Saudi for honeymoon and performing Umrah there as well Insha'Allah.

Thanks everyone for your help and support and remembering in your dua's. May Allah unite loved ones soon.

AA Hi, every one I am first time user of this forum user.

I applied for my Brother and his family 11 years ago. Our priority date was Jan, 1997.

Last week my Brother finally got his Packet 3.5. He is in Karachi and I am in Los Angeles.

Can some one tell me what is in Packet 3.5? I know I did for my mom Packet 3 in 1998, but I don't know what is in Packet 3.5. Is it Form 230 Part I, Form 169 and Form I-134.

I like to download and complete all the forms of Packet 3.5 here in Los Angeles and then like to send to my Brother in Karachi so he can sign and send to US Emabassy in Islamabad. Please help.

Also one of the question on aged-out situation. My brother priority date of Jan, 1997 was approved on September 2007 (Per visa buletion), US Embasy claim that they mailed my brother in Karachi the packet 3.5 in October, but we never recieved till last week. Now one of his son whose Date of birth is Nov 17, 1986 will be age over 21. Can some one help me what can I do to fight this and help him to get his immigrant visa and migrate to Los Angeles.

Thanks in advance for all you help.

Subject:

Suleman XXX – Case # ISL - 199758XXX – Priority Date January 14, 1997

Dear Sir or Madam:

I am writing to inquire about Immigrant Visa status of my brother Mr. Suleman XXXX. Case # ISL - 199758XXXX – Priority Date January 14, 1997.

We never recieved our Packet 3.5 till 2 days ago. I wish I have recieved the Packet 3.5 in Oct 2007. Any how I have send e-mail to ISB to see if they will accept Aged-out case for my brother son. I am praying to Allah that he get qualify, otherwise he will be alone and sad at home in Karachi.

I also got this from ISB Embassy regards to what included in Packet 3.5. Please can some one confirm that this is correct.

In order to process the case and schedule applicants for their interviews, we require the following documents. All documents should be submitted in their original form along with an English translation and photocopies. The instruction packet 3.5 cover letter must accompany all documents. Interviews will not be scheduled until all documents have been received by the U.S. Embassy and have been fully completed by the applicants and petitioners. Incomplete documents and forms will delay the scheduling of your interview.

Please submit these documents via our approved courier service (American Express) (List enclosed in packet 3.5):

* DS 230 Part I for all applicants (all questions must be answered)

* DS 230 Part II for all applicants (all questions must be answered)

* Visa Photos for all applicants (Front view, 2x2 inches, white or off-white background, unaltered)

* Police Certificate(s) for every applicant over 16 from all the places where the applicant has lived in Pakistan for more than 6 months after reaching the age of 16 years. Police certificates are required from all places outside Pakistan where the applicant lived for one year or more after reaching age 16.

* Birth Certificates from the Union Council for all applicants along with English translations. If the birth was not registered, a sworn Affidavit of birth on a proper stamp paper from applicant's close relative(s) or family friend(s). This is required for every applicant. The original birth certificate of the petitioner is also required when the immigrant petition is based on a parent /child or sibling relationship.

* Marriage Certificates from the Union Council along with English translations (for the principal applicant) .

* Divorce or Death Certificates for the principal applicant from the Arbitration Council (as applicable).

* Copies of passports for all applicant(s). Please provide copies of the pages showing the issuance date of the passport and the photo of the applicant.

* I-864 Affidavit of Support, signed by the petitioner. The I-864 does not need to be resubmitted if already submitted by your Petitioner to NVC. However, if your petitioner did not submit the I-864 to NVC, you will need to submit this as well. (K visa and employment visa applicants do not need to bring the I-864, but must otherwise demonstrate that they will not require financial assistance from the U.S. government.)

Please can some one confirm the contain of Packet 3.5.

Thank you all for your help.

Thanks
