ok i have a question, maybe its been answered before, but i would like to ask again.

I applied for the K3 and also the CR1. Now do i have to go through the whole process at NVC (you know that flow chart thing aka DS3220, I864) for both of these visas. or lets say my k3 goes through before the CR1, and then CR1 goes through after that, do they still ask for the same forms to be filled out at NVC or they juts look at the old info and forward it to embassy.

You have to do NVC stuff (i.e. DS3032/I864/DS230) ONLY for CR1 not for K3. For K3 your case will stay at NVC only for short while (It would be very short break) NVC will assign a case number like ISL###### then NVC forwarded it to embassy.

sorry to bother, but like i was asking on the forum,

with the K3 the form will go from NBC to NVC and then to consulate in islamabad right? So i dont have to send any kind of foms to NVC at all, i just send the stuff to my wife for interview?

And also when she gets her visa inshallah, she will just come here and can decide to go with the immigration visa(i-130) or do Adjustment of status right?

So if she does adjustment of status we dont have to do the whole flow chart stuff for nvc?

sorry for so many questions.

Hello.

I just want to ask about fingerprint matters.

THe CO has taken fingerprint of my left and right index fingures only.

what about ur experince? and infernce?

Thanks

-Dude

dude its ok..

they always take the index finger prints. its when they take the FULL set of prints is when

you need to panic. I can tell you this. the prints get checked at the local and at the DOS actully

at the FBI it takes 24 hours. right now expect a field investigation. it takes time to coordnate that.

mary had hers I think a month after her interview.. double check with mary on when she had hers.

Dude the two index prints are normal. If they had taken the full set of prints you would of had a name hit in one or many of the data bases and it would have to be overcome. You would be in security check called the Chamelon Check. So no worries, Dude.

Secondly, Ishteaq interviewed on Dec 12th and field investigation was little over one month later. Good luck.

Mary

Icy,

He is going to Saudia Arabia first and right now the plans are for him to go next week and arrive here on the 23rd. I am waiting on the travel agency to give me the heads up so I can purchase his ticket from JFK to here. Kids and I are so excited. Once I have all the details I will let everyone know.

I beg to differ! When you get a full set of finger prints done! THAT DOES NOT IMPLY THAT YOU ARE GOING TO GET A FIELD INVESTIGATION. Laney had her husbands full set of finger prints taken and did not have her fingerprints (full set) taken.

Full set of finger prints are also normal, just means you have a hit "hit" in the CLASS database.

I would appreciate it, if you wrong information is not provided to people!
