Ok, This is dude from Islamabad. Its been 1 hour that i left embassy.

and you know what happened. .....................AR

Nothing new with me to share about interview.

But during first interview by desi man (after paying the fees), he has asked a question:

have you worked for terrorist organization?

wasnt that funny to reply?

well, in final intervew, the female CO asked many common questions.

Checked my business card and lecturer card.

She was impressed.

and asked me later why your english is good?

In reply, i showed her my school certificate where LA SALLE HIGH SCHOOL was written and i told her that i was thought by many "brothers" under Catholic Church System.

Finally, she said: Your case is OKAY but we cannot issue the visa to you as u r on AR.

Thats all from my side.

Note: They have not checked the license about which i was worried.

Just wait for few days then A/R thing will be over. Islamabad embassy working hard these days …J

Dude, you didn’t share nature of your business?

So where is your destination in Texas?

I do lubricants business.

I am coming to Houston, Insha Allah.

Love to live near IEC.

I didn't see your most.. WOW I am in Houston also live infront of IEC. Glad to you here ....

Shon attacking me in PM is fine but public....oh how low the stupid ones go.....

here is my goodbye to VJ.....

Shon you are a fast and loose B**** and Allah will see to you, I don't have the time to deal with losers.

Dont let the door smack you! dont you ever play with GOD again!

btw, post your DRAMA on off topic.

PM :

that was a very bitchy attack....I clearly said that we wre trying to work it out (not divorce on a dime)

second I asked a few questions to stop the lawyer from ruining my case, I cant discard him as lawyer since he is my husbands uncle.

and third before you leap to conclusions, i never said i want to wihdraw my petition, i just wanted to know if there is a way to exend interviwew date due to a time issue.

So please before you attack people with genral questions, think about what they are saying....not what YOU think they are saying.

Excellent Idea I think this is very important information for those going thru Islamabad.

:help:

Everyone do your part to keep the stats updated.

Everything I respond to is from personal knowledge, research or experience and I am in no means a lawyer or do I claim to be one. Everyone should read, research and be responsible for your own journey.

hello!! hope everyone is doing well!!

i haven't been around for a while so i figured i'd give an update.

it's been 34 days since my husband was put on AR/AP... don't know how much longer it's going to be.

however, the nvc sent our other case (CR1 visa) to the embassy a couple of weeks ago.

-is my husband going to have to go for another interview?

-will the CR1 visa superceed the K3 visa?

-will the embassy give him the K3 visa even though he has another case pending at the embassy (CR1 visa case)?

-will he have the option of coming to the US on a K3 visa and applying for greencard when he gets here?

maybe some of you who have been in this situation can comment on what the embassy does when this occurs.

also, the embassy told my husband that they need the co-sponsors (my brother) 2005 tax transcripts??? what are these tax transcripts? i thought all they needed were the federal 1040 tax forms and W2??? that's what my husband gave them at the interview. has anyone else been asked for tax transcrits by the the embassy before???

thank you

molly
