Salam to all,

Hope all of you having a good weekend. My wife got package 3.5 and currently we are in the process to get together all required documents (police report & medicals).

Hello Everyone,

My husband got his letter to return to the embassy next week. It says

Please bring your passport and we are ready to continue your processing. And states to bring the letter so he can be admitted.

Finally I think we are going to have our visa next week.

Wow this is great news! Good luck!

Good luck mianishqsrose!

Hello everyone,

Here is situation for me.

1) My interview was scheducled for Dec 27. They said to bring copy of Valid Business license of my sponsor and passport.

2) Then my interview rescheduled for Mar 2. They said bring docs mentioned in previous letter

3) Then Re-re-scheduled for 2nd week of May. This time They said: Bring passport(s)

Now as i was arranging the documents, i found that business license of my sponsor has EXPIRED. It was valid during the dates of scheduled 1st and 2nd interview date. Its expired on April 26.

Tell me what shoud i do as i dont have enough time to arrange copy of renewed business license.

will the fax work?

Secondly, in Texas, how much usually it takes for the renewal of business license?

waiting

Dude,

You didn’t mention the type of business you and your partner into? Below is Texas state URL http://www.texasonline.state.tx.uS.

Following business licenses renewal available online in Texas

http://www.tdh.state.tx.us/beh/texasonline.html

I hope this URL will work for you.

In my opinion fax copy may be acceptable. DHL will take only three or four days to delivery any document in Pakistan.

Best of luck.

Good luck on your upcoming visit to the embassy. It was good news by saying to bring the passport(s). I am sorry not sure of the business license thing and looks like Imran gave you some links.

Well everyone looks like we finally made it out of our AP. Ishteaq went to the embassy today and they took his passport and he paid the courrier fees. We should have a nice new shiny visa in our hands in 3- 5 days. Thanks to everyone for their encouragement during the long process. Keep the faith and God/Allah will bless you in his time not ours.
