yes,

I got an e.mail from one of the lawyer i know as per him

Just have her have a written statement (short and concise) correcting these dates ready to submit at the beginning of her interview.

Should be fine.

Sincerely,

I called the embassy to double check I was told send only DS - 230 part 2

Shon his has an error on it. When his wife gets 3.5 she needs to send a new one with corrected information.

I was not really talking about his error.

2, DS230 part I has already submitted to NVC then why applicant/beneficiary has to submitted again part I and when?

Thanks,

this is where I was responding to him.

Didn’t find anything on DHL reference tracking page. The only transaction for Islamabad from Portsmouth NH was on April 12th the day my case was completed (it is doubtful that NVC send the package same day the case completed :(

Anyway today I called Department of States on 202.663.1225. Gosh it is not easy to trace out an immigration specialist over there. Their system has changed totally after few minutes of trouble shooting I finally got hold of a visa specialist (a Vietnamese veterans -sssh  ). Anyways long story short she took my case# and disappeared for few minutes after some time she came back online and informed me that my case right now in Islamabad.

So I have to wait again as we all have been doing. It is almost sixteen month I filed my I130 on December 9 2004 (Allah Ho Akber).

Well, no complains. May parwardigar gives us patience so we can handle this. :star:

I had a potential k-1 applicant (afghan female who will be going through ISL) ask me a legal question re: a fiance/spouse immigrating here... a quick review of the law leads me to believe there is nothing that specifically addresses this but I figured I would ask here as well since there are many immig experts here on VJ and someone may know the answer... if someone illegally entered and was deported twice from a third country - would this result in a visa denial or require a waiver? Has anyone heard of a denial for such a reason? Or the need for a waiver? I was also suggesting to her to go over and get married and do a marriage visa rather than a K-1 considering it takes so long to get a K-1 processed (I'm going on over a year now), she might as well do that to avoid having to go through AOS here... what do you all think?
