ALHAMDULILLAH!!!!!!!!!!

A my wife gave birth to a baby girl on Friday, Jan. 26th, 2007. The new born is named Zunaira.

A Question: Are there any restrictions for people on K3 visa to travel abroad? If yes what are the conditions? My wife, who is here on K3 visa, wants to go to Pakistan with our baby for few weeks.

Thanks.

By the way Takram send a copy of your US passport as they asked for mine while I was there in Consulate with my wife and I did not have a copy.

Yes your wife takes all documents directly to the embassy. Then if the Visa is approved, they send the visa to Amex and you pick it up from there.

Yes to be safe print the DS-156 double sided, also make sure to send her 2 copies. Yes you can use the online fillable pdf's as I did that. I spent a lot of time at net cafe's down there while I there visiting. Or you can let her fill it no biggie. Only thing your concern is I-134 and support documentation! AND a copy of your passport for her!

You have my email dont hesitate to shoot me an email or a pm here if you need to!
