Yes, I contacted her already. The only issue I have was size of bar code.

Come on Shon. I used the word ‘Completing’ mean I am filling that form as a matter of fact I completed all the forms myself but didn’t sign it. I know I am petitioner and she is applicant/Beneficiary. I can fill the forms but not signed it. I think most of USCs done paper work on their spouse behalf.

I dont care what your planning to do thats not my business!

Just letting you know the score! - misrepresentation!!

I did not do the paper work for my husband he can read!!! My husband printed his own form and sent it to NVC and the embassy himself. so the NVC and the Embassy see it came from him and not from me. I rather do this process right the first time without having to add more drama to this hellish process.

make no problems - wont be no problems. Thats how me and my husband both think!

we had our 2nd interview for AOS. it was very detailed. me and wife were intervied seperately. the lady officer was very mean. i had to stop her couple times and told her to be respectfull, she kept on saying that she is doing her job. she wanted to know if we sleep together, what side of the bed we sleep, favorite food?? how the bedroom looks like, she ask us to draw the pic. of bedroom.

at the end of interview, she gave me a write up to go to civil surgeon and have my wifes, heptitis C checked out. she said my wife was on borderline for heptitis c at islambad, medical check up time. this test is very expensive and takes 7 days to get results.

Mike I am sorry your having to deal with all of this yet. I hope your wife's medical comes back fine and that you can finally get the AOS processing done. Hang in there and remembering you in my thoughts and prayers.

Mary

oh my god! I would have been offended too. thats none of her business. I think its not doing their job by asking these questions. I dont see how. whats the point of asking you these things.

I am sorry they put you thougth that hellish - bullshiyyt. I am sorry about that- I read where someone else was asked those type of questions too. oh yess it was Dean < almighy > his wife was asked these offending questions. His wife refused to answer. they gave her a Denial. but, Dean had to explain his wifes postion. it was against her belife as most of ours not to talk about this to others. The embassy people did not like his wife declining for that they put them through some hell.

The USICS lady was mean to me as well. she was saying my husband was gay. I told her no he was not. I dropped the matter - I did not feel like it was anything worth discussing. They had me in that dayum office 2 hours asking me stuff. I was drained when I got ready to leave that office. I needed a straight shot of Vodka with a twist. I had the worst headache known to man. They were accusing me of getting paid to marry my Javed. I was pizzzzzzzd!!

now at my husbands Field investigations - there were 2 conducted- they were taking pics of all kinds of shyiyt. I like the stairs, walls lay out of the house and that. Why I will never know. They also was thinking my husbands bestfriend was the one I married and was bring over javed - something weird azz like that. ;) when any one with eyes can clearly see my husband is so cute :P and his bestfriend looks like a married man with all them kids.

Actually this type of aggressive interview is perfectly normal. This is called a "stoke's interview" and is conducted by the immigration when they suspect Marriage frauds. So dont worry, even if u had a lawyer they lawyer could not have intervened in this session.

Also I called embassy today. I am so sick of them saying still under administative processing. I am sick of it.
