I need little help guys. My I-130 and I-129F both approved on Dec 29, 2006. Now what should I expect from NIV or anyone else?

What will be my next step? what documents i start preparing for my wife? NIV will ask any documents from my side? How to continue with I-129F, do I have to inform NIV?

Do anyone know doctor list in Karachi for medical test, so I can inform my wife in advance to get appointment. I want to safe time for myself and my wife. I just got back from Karachi today and found approval in mail.

1st. more than likely your I-129f will cancell if you start paying the fee bills for I-130.

so decide on the visa you want.

2nd. the embassy will send you packet 3 < I think thats what happen next > for the I-129f < k3 >

if you take this option. nothing gets turned in for the k-3 its all presented at the interview.

as far as the I-130 more later if you decide to go this route. let me know if this is the route you want- I will explain how that works.

now if you can kindly do my theis for my business class I would greatly apprecate it..lol :)

have a great day.

we wanna submit NOW. because, we dont want this case more complexed and we dont want ONE MORE DELAY. if this goes IR1 - we are fearing MORE security checks. the Primise is we want to be reunited and do not want another delay. course, as slow as ISL is... 3 weeks will laps :(

Anyone can help me? Her file is recently moved to Islamabad.

1) Can I send her bank letter, lets say NOW even I am n ot sure when her interview will be scheduled? How old bank letter is acceptable?

2) Can I send I-134 now? or wait till interview scheduled?

3) Same with employment letter?

4) Can she get police letter now or wait till interview scheduled?

5) Reason I ask if anyone knows doctors list in karachi, pakistan so she can get appointment in advance, i know she can't walk to doctor office. I don't want she waste even single day.

6) Any specific language on employment letter I ask my employer? I am a consultant this could be a problem?

Love to hear back from you all.

Thanks,

I really dont know how to go about this.. you could contact an attorney in the USA. perhaps a friend or another family member can help you out. maybe its a good time for your wife to re visit an old relative.

Hi Zaki,

My timeline has not changed. The processing of my wife's case at NVC is getting delayed because I was waiting for my daughter's I-130 to be approved by USCIS so that I could have both cases processed together (just that you know, USCIS expedited approval of my daughter's I-130 upon my written request). Right now I am waiting NVC to issue IV Fee bill for my daughter and waiting for my wife's form DS-230. On top of USCIS and NVC's slow processing, the holiday season has impacted processing time of everyone's case negatively.

The thing that bothers me most is that I am going on vacation starting Feb for a month and if I am not able to send NVC form DS-230 for both my wife and daughter, both cases will get delayed by one more month. I have my fingers crossed.
