2 dacoits came on my shop and robbed around 10K along with my mobile.

I am very very confused, its cuz either I know nothing or I know too much!!!!!!!! lol

here are the question i need answers to: These questions are only and only with regards to K3.

1. Please list the forms that I have to fill and send to my wife for K3. I am sure about only I-134 but what other forms do I have to send?

2. What about DS 230, please explain whats the difference between part one and two or three? are they seperate forms or same form that I have to fill half and send to her to fill half?????

You just need DS230 part 1 only for K/3 route. DS230 consists of two parts I & II (technically two pages form and each individual page itself a part).

We filed both parts because we were on CR1 track.

the Alien fills out the DS 230 part 1&2

they know if they have or have not done the things listed.

this is an AP/AR tool. the USC dont fill it out. word of caution this form is

normally needed again. Note we submitted this 3 times.

1.. for the k-3, 2....to NVC 3... to Embassy for Cr1/Ir1

shon as long as they dont make you fill it out right there at the embassy, i see nothing wrong with usc filling it out and sending it to their spouse. There is a question on the form that ask if someone helped you fill the form i believe. So they look it over and sign it. thats all.
