AP is Pain Full And really Darkness. :blink:

i Called DOS Yesterday, Lady Said "i believe Embassy have Not Recieved your Finger prints Results yet"

i Said What?? Fbi Finger Prints Status Said They Sent it back on 23 june, She Said Well We Rely on the information that Embassy puts on record, So It Would be Better to call Embassy....

Atif the embassy will not tell you anything but you are in AP and they will contact the applicant once they are ready to continue processing. :( AP is total darkness. Omid and I both contacted the embassy and did not get any more information than what I stated above.

I called DOS today and the guy told me that your dad's case is in AP IN Islamabad, I asked for details but he said he doesn't have any... so, what's the deal? argh. I want a clear answer and they never provide one!

AP starts at the local level .. then at some point it goes to the DOS.

send a response to the embassy. :D

they give you a long list in the Packet 3 along with the interview date.

you send in nothing.

police reports, medicals, photos, joint account information if any, passport copies, passport pics......etc

ok i have a friend that is going through cr1 process. he is about to file the forms. NOw what he wants to do is have his interview in dubai, instead of islamabad. So what does he need to do, have his wife move to dubai and then file for cr1? or can he file now and his wife move to dubai by the time the interview comes up.

AP is pissing me off and having faith in God is hard after he decided to screw me over numerous times.

God did not screw you over. :no:

Oh rly? My dad shouldn't even BE out of country adjusting! He was suppose to get AMNESTY and HE DID qualify very well (my mom got it, yet my dad didn't). We've been dealing with immigration since 1986, it's been 20 years, longer than i've been alive.
