Ok My husband had his interview on September 27, 2007. They told him to send more documents and they placed him on AP and case pending. They did not deny him but they not say to him that Welcome to USA either. He sent the documents they request and aj they send him a letter saying to come to the embassy Monday between 8am - 10am to get his fingerprints and come with passport. So what does that mean?

congrats to all of you who are almost done!!!! I'm so happy for you guys.

I'm sorry, but this is all bullshit..I'd truly like to know how many stupid terrorists the U.S. by putting people through all this....and the paperwork , COMEON...it DOES NOT take this long for data entry!!!!

I agree. They have let so many in before thats why now they want to cover their tracks and us good people have to suffer.

Thanks buddy, how is your wife holding up?

Good luck toy you and now start preparing for AOS and EAD

She's hanging in there... I am going to visit PK in December. Hoping that I get some news from USCIS soon. I thought I would bring her with me in December but now that hope has faded away seeing the timeline of people and the fact that I have not even received NOA2.

Inshallah you'll hear some good news, I am going to Pakistan as well in December for 20 days to meet my family and do a true "ruksati"

Hey, same here....I am going for two months in December and was hopeful my husband would come with my daughter and I now that his case is in ISB.....but it looks now that it's not even close. Best of luck.....and hang in there!

Sorry to hear that, there is light at the end of the tunnel!

Thats beautifu. My husband wants me to come to Pakistan and come back to US when he is coming back. But the baby is not even 2 months yet. What u think i should do?

Congrats to Khurram, and best wishes to others waiting for the process to be completed.

As posted earlier a few weeks ago, my wife initially received her interview for I-130 for April 8th 2008, followed by a K3 interview for an earlier date for Jan 8th 2008. When i contacted the embassy via email they stated that the I-130 will be done the same day when the K3 interview happens. While we were anxiously waiting for that date, we received another updated interview letter now for Dec 3rd 2007.

While it is good news that the interview is earlier than originally noted, not sure what to expect. Will they still process the I-130 the day of the K3 interview, anyone know that suddenly Islamabad is moving fast?

Thanks All
