Salam to all,

I went through an interview at US embassy islamabad on 22nd OCT 2007 for my H1B. They gave me a white letter after my interview saying "We have approved your non immigrant visa application but you require additional administrative processing that could take a minimum of one month ...".

Kindly if anybody within the last two-three months went through an interview at islamabad for H1B and went through an administrative processing and got it cleared would like to share his experience. In how much time to be exact he cleared the administrative processing? I just want to get an idea about the current situation that how much time administrative processing currently taking. I know it varies case to case but only a general idea if everything goes fine during administrative processing.

Best Regards.

Sallam Everybody!

I have received my NOA2 finally! My case however has not made its way tot NVC yet, nor to ISB.

I was wondering if there was anything I could do in advance? I have already prepared my I-134 (Affidivit of Support) and sent it to my fiance in Lahore.

Does anyone know what dates ISB Embassy is giving interviews for now? I hope my case makes it to ISB by Mid November. Inshalla!!!!!

Thanks!

Hey guys, I'm so excited, they mailed out the packet 3.5 already to my husband from ISB!! I was curious, and this is for EVERYONE, how many of you waiters are NOT of Pakistani origin....and not an immigrant yourself. Basically, how many gori/goras do we have out there. I'm wondering if this is affecting certain things for people. Congrats to everyone and best of luck to everyone THIS SYSTEM SUCKS! At least God is better than any Govt.!

I called the DOS today and they said that my wife's case was being processed at the embassy, so I asked if her security clearence was complete and they said yes. So what happens now ?

Oh I am so happy for you Khurram!! Congratulations!! I was worried about it since it has been more than four months. I believe, within one or two weeks(I wish earlier), your wife will recieve a call from American express to pick up her visa and passport.

By the way, I think it is a good time to email Islamabad embassy and tell them about the clearnce and ask them when will she get the visa.

Again congratulations! You wait is almost over!!!

its been 4 month and i am stucked in ap , but i am confused on onething my wife got call 2 days ago from dos that its finished i will be contacted by embassy with in 2 weeks but when we tried to call them on the number they called it was not working but when we call Dos they said we are still in ap, its damn confusing , but i will call them today lets see wat happens
