In #25 it has a box if you have filed taxes for the past three years and included the tax transcript for the most recent tax year. I have filed for 2006 and 2005, but didn't have income for 2004.

I just wanted to check: I DO NOT check that box since I didn't file for the three years as the question asked, correct? But I do inclide my adjusted gross income for the two years I did file, yes?

I'm using a co-sponsor. Might there be a problem?

I also brought my co-sponsors info to the K1 interview and she didn't even look at it. She only took my tax transcripts and that was it.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

Are you sure that's okay? It's technically not true...since I can't truthfully say that I have filed the last three years of taxes, and that's what it asks.
