When CR1 Visa is summited it has to be summitted along with an I-130 or there should be other forms with it? i wonder how much does it cost for the initial submission of CR1? I know I-130 is about $535 and DS260  $325 and $275 for medical exam.  Is there other cost for it?

Please read to information. It is quite clear   You will read what forms and  documentation is needed.. and can easily locate fees for each stage.
😁This is a do it yourself website 😁 We have all had to do the heavy lifting in understanding  and completing the processes.

1. You can  marry without meeting in person.

2. You can  continue to not meet in person after the marriage service.

If 1 and 2 above are true, then technically you can get a K-1 visa.

However at the K-1 interview the CO might deny the visa because you haven’t met enough.

I think in this case the OP will be too married for a K1 and not married enough for a CR1.

Agreed. Even if some have received a K1 with this sort of history, many more have been denied. Not sure I would take the risk

It seems the CR visa is more complicated than the fiance visa....

As someone who petitioned my wife for the K-1 process I disagree.

To get a 10 year gc:

K-1 gc:

* file petition with USCIS

* file visa application with DoS

* visa interview with DoS

* file petition with USCIS

* USCIS interview

* file petition with USCIS

* USCIS interview

CR-1 gc:

* file petition with USCIS

* file visa application with DoS

* visa interview with DoS

* file petition with USCIS

* USCIS interview

IR-1 gc:

* file petition with USCIS

* file visa application with DoS

* visa interview with DoS

IR-1 is the least complex. Get married now and because of the amount of time any spousal visa takes these days of new normal, by the time the immigrant enters the USA, the marriage will be 2 years old and a 10 year gc will arrive.

 Regardless, while I think OP should marry immediately, I think OP should meet OP’s spouse, and go the IR-1 route.

Agreed. Wishful thinking that “my circumstances will be considered differently  at the  interview “ is just that .. wishful thinking and not reality

If you are referring to being issued a K-1 after being married (by proxy or online) that’s not wishful thinking. It’s the law and it’s been done as  referenced. It’s just not best way to achieve the objective

Nope.   There are different components to each process.   I suggest you read about the processes in depth, instead of trying to quantity it by number of forms.

Sounds like the main reason that OP wants to get married is so they can "fornicate". Hard to do that when they can't meet in person after the marriage. 😅

OP, if you have not filed anything yet, why don't you just get married and start the CR-1 process? It is the far better option anyway. Plus, you will be able to fornicate all you want during the process. It sounds like a K-1 would not be the best option for you.

Considering there's likely a religious underpinning to this, I would question whether OP would even be amenable to a Zoom wedding instead of a traditional ceremony. That would, in my mind, force the K1 to be the only choice.

Why wouldn't they be able to have a traditional wedding? I did not see any reason why the marriage would have to be an online wedding; there is nothing stopping them from meeting, getting married, and starting the CR-1 process. OP will just need to do some research and understand the process. It sounds like they are still at the very beginning stages of looking into things.
