Hello everyone, hope you are doing really well :)

I already submit for tourist visa in May and July 2022, and both of times I got rejected.

A month ago me and my fiancé got engaged when we are in holiday. I would like to ask, if I got rejected 2 times this year, does my fiancé/ me still able to submit for k1 visa? or better wait next year?

Looking forward to it

Best,

Gabby

i had same cases with you and we consulate with lawyer anyways and it took so long for them. i suggest you to do by your own cuz its not really difficult, unless your fiance or you have a criminal records.

No need to wait until next year, you can comply the k1 requirement, because it will take maximum 1 year.

what i have been researching so far, they said either k1 visa or B1/B2 visa are totally different ways..

your fiance may collect all documents to submit the petition for you and the k1 focus about your relationship which is you need to give evidence that your relationship is real..

You're free to submit a K-1. It will be adjudicated independently

Immigration journey is not: fast, for the faint at heart, easy, cheap, for the impatient nor right away. If more than 50% of this applies to you, best get off the bus.
