Did you file a motion to terminate the removal ? .In order for the USCIS to adjudicate your case the removal must be terminated prior Uscis adjudication.

Nope I didn’t file , what I know , my attorney didn’t file they told me first we will get receipt (I-485)  from uscis and then we will file a motion to terminate the removal .

Uscis received my I-485 file  2 weeks ago How long it will take to receive a receipt from them? How is process after they received I-485?

Any has a guesstimate for how long Vermont takes to transfer a case after approval?

Usually they transfer the case

within 30 days, but legally speaking they can take even 90 days to transfer.

Is there someone who has experience filling their own application who can help me step by step on how to file my own adjustment packet? My insane attorney decided to charge me $2500 more, $3500 if i request fee waiver, just to file and not even to attend the interview for adjustment if I’m requested to go. #######!!!
As if me asking for fee waiver means i have more money to spend on her.

i have never filed anything on my own and i need all the help i can find.

I just received RFE for I-693 for Medicals.

I received all my mandatory shots in Ireland while in Elementary School (MMR/Polio/HiB/ Hep B) but they don't keep a national database of vaccination history.

Will this be a problem when I go for my medical, or will they be able to tell from my blood work that I have had these vaccinations?

Thanks

Happy St Patrick's Day everyone 🇮🇪

Can you get your clinic(s) in Ireland to supply a list of your vaccinations, on letterhead, stamped or signed?

Do you have a vaccination record or copy of the I-693 from your earlier immigration paperwork?

Doctors can perform titer tests, but these are tedious and probably expensive.  For some of the shots, the timing might be medically appropriate for you to get boosters.  Your county medical service may be able to provide these at reasonable cost.

I'm currently in the US and my I-131 has expired, so not opportunity to go back to Ireland unfortunately. In Ireland, I received all my vaccinations through a national program, which was provided by the health department, who are also the ones who don't keep a national database. Go figure!

Sounds as efficient as the U.S. government is.

Can a family member procure the vaccination records for you?

If not, titer tests or getting booster shots may be the only option.

If you get more than one shot at once, don't drink beer until you're sure the injection sites have healed up.

Don't want to waste any beer by having it all leak out. :P
