Update: it got delivered to my lawyers old office… as a reminder my lawyer was pretty bad so I’m not surprised they didn’t notify neither me nor the govt they moved.

still don’t know what to do next. How detrimental is this? I have another work authorization document for 2 years. How long will it take them to reissue this at a good address? How do I change the lawyers address to mine? I already gave USCIS my regular address but they still sent it to lawyers.

Ask your former attorney to send the document to you. Fill out form AR11, but don't submit ir online, you must mail it to USCIS.After 15 days ask your congressperson to confirm your address with  immigration.

IAM you asked on the thread 25 "

hi everyone,

I am a September 2018 filer (I-360 and I-485). My I-360 is still pending and going through background checks.Today I received an online update on my I-360 case saying "Expedite Request Denied". I am confused because I didn't request them to expedite my case. Every 2-3 months my congressman is sending them inquiries and the most recent one was sent on Feb 22nd. Has anyone else experienced such thing? What could that be?

You should not contact USCIS every  2/3months,  they are  clearly doing background checks .We usually get in touch with USCIA once, or twice, in case the case might be lost of forgotten, and it's not your case.

Hello Family, did anyone had issue with renewing their driver license after getting C31 EAD

I also have c09, I went to renew my license 30 May, the cases was just pending verification with save, then dmv application was expired , I did new application on august 30th, the case is still pending with SAVE verification? any one had the same issue or have any thoughts how to get it renewed. I tried to get info pass but it was denied due to high unavailability of appointments at the field office in Houston?

To inquire about the receipt, because it’s been over 30 days and we didn’t get a receipt notice for I-360 standalone. Also to ensure my address for all the pending petitions has been updated and nothing goes to my previous house where ex resides.

Contact your congressman, that happend to me , i wait 10 months just for the receips but my lawyer put the wrong adress

Thank you for your help! Do you know how long it will take for USCIS if I take the above steps to re-route the card (send to my address)?
