I don't have a representative. I filed all the paperwork myself. I just requested a copy of this notices as mentioned on my status update. Does anyone know if there is maybe a service center phone number where I can call as well?

By calling USCIS is not gonna make any difference. Write to Vermont.

By representative i mean  reach out to your congress/senator. Just google who is my congress person then you need you enter your zip. Go to his/her website and contact them. Explain them your situation and hopefully they will contact USCIS to get the update.

Thank you! Yes, I already emailed the congress woman and submitted an e-request on USCIS as well. Will also write a letter to the Vermont Center.

But hey, why did they do that on Friday??? How to survive the entire weekend not knowing what was that notice they tried to send me....I mean, just trying to reason on what it might be, just kinda trying to give myself a peace of mind, so to speak: it shouldn't be any denial decisions, I would assume. If I received the EAC, advance parole, prima facia withing a few months after case submission... it shouldb't be any negative, I would assume.. Just trying to think rationally...

I can understand your feelings. Have you received RFE? It could be RFE? When you sent your application did you send good moral certificate?

yes, I did send the moral certificate as well. thank you for your compassion. I really need it so much now...

I wasn't just even expecting anything. As I read on the forum, the average processing time is 2 years, so I was in the relaxing waiting mode and here we go...

And especially when I already received so many mails from them on my current address, and now post office couldn't deliver. I am trying to calm down, I understand that there are more serious situations in life, when people are waiting for something... But thank you very much)

Have you sign up for the informed delivery with USPS? if you do then they do send email letting you know what mails you are getting each day. So you could see if there a letter you are getting from immigration. As of right now it could be a glitch from USCIS.

if informed delivery did not show anything then there must be a glitch form USCIS. but definitely check with your congress person.

Then that means USCIS did make a mistake. Reach out to them for the correction.

The thing is I tried doing so re their customers service number but the rep was very reluctant In providing me any information. I don’t know if it’s because it’s a VAWA case.

Yes because of VAWA speaking to customer service is useless. Try to contact your congressperson for help.

It is Sunday -- time for our hilarious Official Weekly VAWA-Thread Joke:

===============================================
THE FAMILY SAFARI

Ben went on a jungle safari with his wife and his mother-in-law.

One evening, while still deep in the jungle, the wife awoke to find her mother gone.  Rushing to her husband, she insisted that both should try to find her mother.  Ben picked up his rifle, took a swig of whiskey, and started to look for her.

In a clearing not far from the camp, they came upon a chilling sight: the mother-in-law was backed up against a thick, impenetrable bush, and a large male lion stood facing her.

The wife said, "What are we going to do?"

"Nothing," said Ben.  "The lion got himself into this mess; let him get himself out of it."

:P

depends on your field office. How busy they are.

I would say wait till they send you RFE for a medical. Most likely they would waive your interview.

Please share your timelines and field office.

Has anyone who filed for VAWA on November 2020 received their approvals yet? My PD is November 16th 2020. Can’t wait for this to be over with. Have a good night everyone.
