Most likely your EAD will be denied and you will not be able to get one until VAWA approved. Or you file another I-485.

What you mean I keep renewing my ead. 2 times I renewed after we divorced. Now I have 5 years ead card after second renewal. Those renewal were based on my pending green card application even though we divorced 3 years ago and she withdrew the application. But my lawyer went to interview and asked them if they can hold it. It was 3 years ago and I renewed my ead 2 times afterwards

You said she pulled her I-864. I am only going by what you stated. If you have a lawyer not sure why you keep asking the same question repeatedly.

It is Sunday -- time for our always-hilarious (uh, well...) Official Weekly VAWA-Thread Joke:

======================================================

A BLONDE IN LOUISIANA

A young blonde was on vacation deep in Louisiana.

She wanted a pair of real alligator shoes in the worst way, but she didn't want to pay the high prices that the local vendors were asking.

After becoming frustrated with the "no haggle" attitude of one of the shopkeepers, the blonde shouted, "Maybe I'll just go out and catch my OWN alligator so I can get a pair of shoes at a reasonable price!"

The shopkeeper said, "By all means; be my guest.  Maybe you'll luck out and catch yourself a big one!"

The blonde turned and headed for the swamps, determined to catch an alligator.  Later in the day, the shopkeeper was driving home and spotted the young blonde standing waist-deep in the water, shotgun in hand.

Just then, he saw a monstrous 9-foot alligator swimming toward her.  She took aim, killed the creature, and, with a great deal of effort, hauled it onto the swamp bank.  Lying nearby were several more of the dead beasts.

The shopkeeper was amazed.  Just then, the blonde flipped the alligator on its back, and shouted in frustration, "Darn!  This one isn't wearing any shoes, either!"
