Good day everyone, I will like to know the documents I need to renew my work permit, travel document and also where to submit the application. I received both document under C09 category. Any info will be appreciated.

You need copy of current ead, 4 passport size pictures, ap and ead applications and i-485 receipt if you have paid for i-485.

I do not think they should take months. Mine took 2 weeks. You should contact your congress person.

The letter I received states I’m being processed for permanent residency and card will be sent in the next few months. I wonder if it’s same for everyone?? I wonder why would it take few months.

Because there are problems with printing Green Cards due to new design. Everybody is waiting longer for their cards to be produced.

P. S. this is not an official USCIS statement, just my observation on this forum and based on experience of people I know in real life.

The card is issued from a different department. USCIS has no control over when they print and mail it. You will be notified when it has been completed.

Hi everyone,

Quick question.

For those of you who have filed an i-360 VAWA petition using the c(31) category (not c9 or c14), how long did it take to get your petition approved after receiving our first prima facie?

Thank you very much for your insights.
