What I'm going to expect next this process laterally drain me off

Be thankful my friend. I am looking at your log and all I see is progress. I submitted I-765 renewal documents in February and I have not received any receipt notice. I have contacted my local House member- no response from USCIS. Current card expires in two months.

Don't get me wrong, your feelings are valid and I understand that this process affects us in different ways. I just always smile when I see progress in posts but the Author doesn't :). Be of good cheer, you will hear goodnews..

It is Sunday!  In honor of our birthday, here is one of our all-time favorites as our Official Weekly VAWA-Thread Joke:

-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=

A FIREMAN'S LOGIC

A man walking on the sidewalk noticed up ahead that Little Johnny was wearing a red fireman's hat and sitting in a red wagon.  It appeared that the wagon was being pulled slowly by a large male Labrador Retriever.

When the man got closer,  he noticed that Johnny had tied a rope around the dog's private parts, which probably accounted for why the dog was walking so gingerly.

Smiling, he spoke to the little boy.  "That's really a nice fire-engine that you have there, son.  But I'll bet that the dog would pull you faster if you tied that rope around his neck."

"Yeah," Johnny replied.  "But then I wouldn't have a siren."

:P

Hi

It's mostly depends on your field office.

Some take more longer to adjudicate your form I-485 than others.

The average time I have seen so far after receiving your medical is 30 days. But to be more relaxed, always give them 60 days.

Mine took less than 2 weeks after receiving my medical.

Thank. Did you send it to the local or MO?

You always send the medical where you have been asked to (the address mentioned in the RFE)

In my case, I was asked to send it to my local office not NBC.

Ok, I sent mine to NBC. That makes a lot of difference

Yeah, NBC will then forward it to your local office for them to adjudicate your case.

I want to thank you all for sharing your experiences. Special Kudos to all the leaders of this forum. God bless yall and your family. 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

Hello family, after going for infopass appointment last Tuesday, Wednesday uscis mailed a RFE on my I290B motion to reconsider, delivered today and gave me another chance to refile the I-601 waiver. So that they can make a decision on both i290b and i485. This time I’ll make sure I check the package before the lawyer sends it.

Hello vj family. I sent another package of i601 waiver to Dallas as per USCIS website since my receipt number starts with SRC. it was delivered on July 11. A week now my check has not yet been cashed. How long does it take for USCIS to cash a check?
