Hello folks, I filled Form I-131 on April 20, 2021 and today I got a message from USCIS.

On April 6, 2023, we produced your Advance Parole Document for your Form I-131, Application for Travel Document, Receipt Number SRC21xxxxxxxxxx. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

September 2018 filler (VAWA), Case approved 1/6/2023 and reopened for reconsideration 1/11/2023 and nothing happened since then.

My question: What are the best and friendly airports and airlines to go with when using Advance Parole Document to travel?

Hi All,

Can someone who has been through the process of getting their VAWA derivatives to the USA help me please.  How long after being documentarily qualified do the receive an interview date? My abusive ex-husband is a citizen. My kids priority date is 2019 and they are in Jamaica. They are documentarily qualified since March 2023.

Email the embassy with your category and ask when they are going to schedule interviews

All USA airports are good as far as you have a legal and up to date advance parole for they are all submitted to the same immigration and Port of entry Laws.

If you have never asked for asylum and not under any deportation process you are good to go.

I traveled more than twenty times abroad and entered from different airport around the country under advance parole and Never encountered any problem. Just few minutes second verification all the time to see wether your I-485 is still pending or not.

I have a question. I got an update for my i-485 saying

"On April 6, 2023, we mailed a request for initial and additional evidence for your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status...".

What does initial and additional means? I either heard people getting initial or additional.

I think it must be medical RFE. Other than that I don't think your file may be missing something.

Thanks for your input.

What bothers me the most is initial and additional?

I think either medical or divorce documents or may be both.

It's a request for a document lacking that you need to add on your initial form I-485.

Mostly what you mentioned.(medical if you didn't submitted or was already expired)

Thanks
