Sounds as efficient as the U.S. government is.

Can a family member procure the vaccination records for you?

If not, titer tests or getting booster shots may be the only option.

If you get more than one shot at once, don't drink beer until you're sure the injection sites have healed up.

Don't want to waste any beer by having it all leak out. :P

Just had my medical. They are doing a titer test as well, so thankfully, I don't have to provide those records. I believe I'm up to date with everything thankfully

Glad that you're apparently contemporaneously titrated.

Again, avoid drinking beer until all the holes have healed.  :P

Dear All,

I had a conversation with my attorney regarding getting married again and he told me that I should not get married and sponsor my wife since I got my GC through my wife who was an LPR. I was told that I should wait 5 years until I become USC. He didn’t remember if it applies to those who got GC though vawa. So I came here seeking advice.

My marriage case wasn’t strong enough due to obvious reasons but my vawa case was strong enough that my AOS was approved. Due to what I experienced, I chose not to get married here in the US and marry someone in my home country.

My question is… is it true that I should wait 5 years before I petition for my wife? I know it’s a long process and I’m not getting married anytime soon but I’d like to know what my options are.

Please let me know if you have any information regarding this. Thank you.

It's a lot simpler if you do this ^^.  This forum has threads on the topic, but I'm not getting the search terms precise enough to find them right now.  You might send a private message to the member pushbrk, who knows everything.

It's Wednesday -- time for our approval-evoking*, good-news-prompting*, always hilarious Semiofficial Semiweekly VAWA-Thread Joke:

*that is, if correlation = causation

===================================

WHAT NATIONALITY WERE ADAM AND EVE?

An Englishman, a Frenchman, and a Russian stood in a museum, looking at a painting of Adam and Eve frolicking in the Garden of Eden.

"Look at their reserve, their calm," mused the British man.  "They must be British."

The three men pondered this possibility for a moment, and then the Frenchman shook his head in disagreement.

"Nonsense," said the Frenchman.  "They're naked and so beautiful, enjoying the best of life.  Clearly, they are French."

The Russian shook his head again.  "No clothes, no shelter... also, they have only an apple to eat, yet they are told that this is Paradise.  They are clearly Russian!"
