Do not send anything until you get RFE or Interview letter.  Timeframe varies according to your field office.

My pd is october 20 2020. Nothing yet from them. It’s so frustrating. I really hope we can hear something from them soon.

I received RFE for medical in February and got my greencard in June. It will be over soon, keep hope alive

Congratulations, How long after they transfer the case to NBC, did you receive the RFE? My field office is Houston TX.

Case was transferred in December, I got two RFE’s , one for birth certificates in December and the second for medical in February

Hi all. After my i360 approval on July 2022, I had my interview today. Had me sworn in and the interviewer asked me to relax and its going to be like a conversation. I even cracked a joke looking at my attorney saying “is it that obvious or she’s too good at this?” We all laughed and started right with how did i meet my wife, who asked whom out first and who brought in marriage etc etc. she then went into how did the abuse start, why did you continue with the marriage for so long after the abuse. I was stumbling to give her an answer because i still beat myself down for wasting my time with her. My attorney jumped in and said i360 is already approved. The abuse is proved, the counseling after the abuse was done and proof is provided. I don’t want you to traumatize my client. She agreed and asked is it okay? I said “i dont like to remember those but for the sake of the interview, I’d like to proceed” she then asked me one other question if we lived together. I said yes. Then she asked me questions from the i485 form, whats ur name,number,address, are you a terrorist etc etc. she then took my medical and said she’ll review it and get back to me. Anyone with similar stories?

thank you Jesus for never letting my hopes die.

After a long long journey 4y6mos my case I360 was approved today 🙏

I has been so stressful and exhausting also I’ve spent a lot money with bad decisions on hiring lawyer. 2 lawyers and 1 lawyer specialist on mandamus has worked on my case ! 
I didn't know nothing about this forum when I started my process, I certainly wouldn't have spent so much Money , but thanks god it’s already paid 🙏

I believe the uscis took action on my case base on my mandamus there I filled on September 19.

 

I will keep you guys posted from another movements
