I don’t know. Either an interview or called for medicals

Oh, so once your case was approved you didn’t hear anything else? Just case approved on I-360

Yes that is correct. Just my i-360 approval message then received approval notice. Since then there is no update on i-485. Therefore, i reached out to my senator two weeks ago to get me any update.

Fingerprints are valid for about 2 years, so if they do not need you renew them, they just used the last set.

No guidelines changed from 2020-2022.  It will resume back to normal months in 2023.  Your letter will not determine either one.  It is based on the processing times of your local office, as they are the ones who will request your files when they are ready.  NBC can recommend a RFE be mailed if there are no issues with approval.

NBC is the clearing house for your case file.  They are assisting the local office prepare your file for adjudication.  They can recommend to the the local office that you can get an RFE for medical if they believe you case can be approved with no issues.  The local office will say yes or no.

Oh, boy!  Wednesday!  Time for our Semiweekly Semiofficial VAWA-Thread Joke:

==============================

DEATHBED CONFESSION

While a man was dying, his wife was maintaining a candlelight vigil by his side.  She held his fragile hand, tears running down her face.

Her praying woke him from his slumber.  He looked up, and his pale lips began to move slightly.

"My darling," he whispered.

"Hush, my love," she said.  "Rest -- don't talk."

He was insistent.  "I have something that I must confess," he said in a tired voice.

"There isn't anything to confess," replied his weeping wife.  "Everything's OK.  Go to sleep."

The man blurted out, "No, no -- I must die in peace.  I... I slept with your sister, your best friend, her best friend, and her mother!"

"I know," whispered his wife.  "That's why I poisoned you."
