I need help I-751

To be clear, did USCIS reject your I-751 or did USPS return it as undeliverable? 

 

If it was rejected due to "address" it would seem odd to me that it made it to USCIS, despite the supposed incorrect address, and returned to you as rejected. 

 

Was there a letter or notice attached? If so, please type the exact wording here so we can clearly understand what happened.

It was rejected by USCIS but my check was returned too

Hi everyone BIG UPDATE here after resubmitting I received a 24month extension on my GC thanks to all for the info and support I'll keep updating in the future
