send package 3 back

hello everyone

I was thinking is it possible to send allmost everything thats listed on the checklist right away back with the checklist , wont that give them time to look over all the documents and if there is something missing they can send an RFE , instead of bringing the documents to the interview ( cose if something is missing at the interview you probly get a RFE then and have extra waite for it to be aproved , or not ? )

so if thats possible to send it in with package 3 I rather do that , please let me know if I can send in , I 134 ( with all effidance )

Carefully read the instructions your received with your package and comply with them exactly as written.

I replied in the Canada forum.- double-posting is confusing he he.

As pushbrk said, comply with their instructions. Having initiative is not a good thing when dealing with these MTL folks, believe me.

You have to send the KEV 1 Checklist, the US Embassy does not send RFE's nor do I believe they know what that is. That is part of the USCIS process/procedures and not one used by the embassy. If you have everything with you that is listed in your checklist you will be fine. Just have it in organized and all will be well. I also believe for some embassies they do not even require you to send in the KEV 1 doc. You just have to call them and set up the interview. (this is how it is with the Embassy in Kyiv, Ukraine).

Following the directions is usually going to be the best course of action, no? Don't worry about saving them time or giving them more time to do their jobs. They're probably pretty sure they have set up their system correctly.

It's a checklist, so nothing should be missing if you've checked off all the boxes, right?

cose I want my timeline to be like yours where I have a interview date within 3 month ,

( I know wont happen but awwww had to try , LOL )
