I sent them a message thru their website, Is the best possible way to start asking for it to be expedited?

Calling would be faster. Who knows when they'll get to read your message.

Being disabled in itself does not meet the requirements. In another post you said since 2006 you have been disabled. So I can see why they would deny it.  It is not an emergency and not urgent humanitarian reasons.

It does suck though and I'm sorry it didn't work.

Even worse I moved to Florida in 2016, to take care of my mother & stepdad the best I could. Now, they are both in heaven, and I have none one to care for me down here.

it does suck, I would call it a "shop-vac" .. it suck one day and blows the next!

I found this on https://www.uscis.gov/forms/filing-guidance/how-to-make-an-expedite-request

  • Emergencies and urgent humanitarian reasons;

In the context of an expedite request, humanitarian reasons are those related to human welfare. Examples may include, but are not limited to, illness, disability, extreme living conditions, death in the family, or a critical need to travel to obtain medical treatment in a limited amount of time
