Hey so a month ago I was issued a 221g for missing documents, on September 13th I mailed the requested documents to the U.S Embassy alongside my Passport, and according to the postal tracking service, a day later ( September 14th ) the packet was delivered. and Today I checked the IV Status Check and it still says '' Pending for missing Documents ''

It has been 2 days since the documents were delivered, is this normal??? I'm panicking a little please help ❤️

It's a little too soon to panic.  If your visa is still not issued 1 month before the expiry date of your medical, that would be a good time to panic.

I just expected them to at least change the status from '' pending for missing documents '' to something more like AP or complete or ready, just to acknowledge  that they received the documents

August 15th was my Immigrant Visa Interview which resulted in a 221g notice for missing documents

September 14th I sent the requested documents + passports as instructed to the embassy

September 16th I sent an inquiry to the embassy asking for confirmation that they received the documents ( 2 weeks later STILL no reply )

September 21st Case was updated on CEAC Status check but the status remained as '' refused ''

Today It's September 30th ( 2 weeks since documents submitted ) they haven't updated CEAC again and haven't even replied to my inquiry to confirm they received the documents and passports

This is incredibly frustrating and a little stressful considering they won't even reply to the inquiry to confirm documents were received.

for Turkey the AP may be long

the post on CEAC may go back and forth from ready (ready is ready for interview) to interview scheduled to refused

poor data entry seems to be the norm for embassies imput

only when it says issued or denied will you have the news u need

I see, why do you believe AP in Turkey can be long?

because it often is and u interviewed 15th of August ,  so its already 3 months

the additional security checks that some embassies conduct can be extensive especially if you have any travel history or multiple social media sites to check or if any country u have lived in  or traveled to has poor record keeping for background checks
