RCMP - did i get the right report? Is there anything else?

Just wanted to understand what other clearance I would need only from Canada? I got the RCMP Entire Holdings - Personal Use report (see attached picture below).

Is there anything else I would need to get in terms of security? eg police report?

 

Also Is this the correct RCMP report?

In the official documents list from USCIS it's still saying police certificate is only good for 1 year. Are we absolutely sure it's been moved to 2 years?

Yes it was changed last year to two years

How long did it take you to get this? 

 

I applied more than 4 weeks ago but have not yet received mine.
