FRC is a repository of federal records. FRC center in Lees Summit maintains USCIS A-files. Each center has three public email addresses. Sean Murphy is the Director of FRC Lees Summit. Transfer address is to request file transfer. I have attached both.

https://www.archives.gov/frc/directors

        General Transfer Address: LeesSummit.transfer@nara.gov
        Transfer and Disposition Phone:(816) 268-8148
        General Reference Address: LeesSummit.reference@nara.gov
        Reference Services Phone:(816) 268-8140

Just a quick update, I emailed the addresses you gave and here is what was said to Me by Sean (screenshot won’t attach so I copied and pasted)…

“I looked for a request for this file in our system and did not find one.  I'm guessing that the file is still in US CIS holdings.  I will forward your email on to my contact there.”

Good that you heard back, at least it clears up that file is not at FRC. If I was you, I would write a letter to FOD (Field Office Director) or Supv Examinations and Testing at local office requesting an interview. In my request, I would briefly talk about the last event etc. If you have any urgent circumstances warranting a due consideration, mentioning them will not hurt.

Yes, thank you for your help. He actually got back to Me few minutes ago and confirmed that My file is on its way and I will be hearing from them soon. I got proactive this morning and also got a call scheduled with a wait time of within 72 hours, hopefully I get this phase done with and move on with other stuffs.

Glad it worked out well. Good Luck to you on your interview and Oath.
