I think you have many information about spouse Visa. Can you help me?

My partner is a student in America and wants to take me to America with spouse visa. How he can do this?

How we should show our ability for financial support in the case of spouse Visa? How many dollars should we have in our bank account?

Your partner needs to click on the word "guides" at the top of any page of this forum and start "studying" then come back with remaining questions.  If he doesn't have enough income, he'll need a qualified joint sponsor.

Unfortunately, she has ties to the US via yourself.  A reason to stay.  She needs to prove ties to her homeland / evidence that she will return home and not stay and try to marry and adjust in the US (as many of her compatriots have done in the past).

Give it a try, though.  If you don't apply, you'll never know.

You read the guides for the spouse visa.. understand all the correct terminology as that is really important in getting things done right.. Your boyfriend needs to become the one driving this process as it is initiated by the USC spouse    Immigration is neither fast nor easy and definitely not cheap. He should sign up on this website .. do lots of reading and searching himself.. and ask questions by starting a new thread. You should also read and understand the guides .. its a journey together
