Upload error after RFE

Hi guys, I got an RFE last night for a stupid mistake - birth certificate. I already have the correct file, and I've been trying to upload it since last night, but everytime I click on the upload portal (it now says INCOMPLETE vs SUBMITTED), it just always lands on this application error page. Has anyone encountered this? I want to submit it ASAP so the clock can restart as soon as possible. Thank you!!

Hi Mpowie,

 

I got the same exact issue back in July. It was resolved by itself within a couple of days. However, I did send a public inquiry to NVC to resolve this issue for which I got a reply in early September (kind of useless).
