Today we had our infopass appointment at the Dallas office, only to make life even more confusing. as you can see we submitted and interviewed back in March and our case hasn't changed online since....not even our 70 day letter informing us that we will not get our case approved within 90 days. at the appointment today she informed us that our case was at the USCIS archive....as to say they are finished with our case (Approved I hope) she informed us that the name checks where done and okay but was clueless if our case was approved or not....so we left the Dallas office wondering what had happened to our case were we approved...or did they archive our case for some strange reason. all she could do was request our file be transfered to Dallas to find out what the issue was and the status of our case...Has anyone had this or heard of anything so silly.

Dec 7, 2010: Sent for Indian Passport Surrender Certificate
Dec 27, 2010: Surrender Certificate Arrives
Jan 3, 2011: Sent for Overseas Citizenship of India Card
March 1, 2011: Received OCI card!

Divorce
