I would usually expect the last one to be correct, from a practical perspective you will likely know if your case is suddenly processed.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

I understand that it is like a game that a person like this suffers from the heart, those emotions can affect a lot. Thanks for your opinion

received expedite request approved and next day expedite request denied, what is the reason?

Which one is correct?

Try calling USCIS again maybe they can give you some clarity…as you are dealing w expediting both anI-212 and I-601.
The denial allows you to appeal , so try appealing as well. Try to understand the reasons for the denial and if anything changes you can submit another expedite.

I have a doubt.  The date that USCIS received my husband's waivers  was on Oct 7/2021 when requesting an expedite that was denied on 09/13/22, do they keep that date of Oct 7/21 for the normal process?  Well, we are close to turning a year, what is the time they give on the page, which is 12 months, or do they leave it behind? Thanks for your opinion
