picking up visa in person

We're going to be in Montreal a full day after the hubby's interview. Has anyone been allowed to just pick the visa up rather than have it mailed? I know that they used to let you pick it up but...

no pickups only mail out at Montreal. unless you are doing your K1/K3 at Vancouver.

thanks. I wasn't planning on getting the whole white dress thing but once I started looking for regular dresses I discovered my girly side. I got that dress off the rack from a little wedding shop in Chinatown. it was too much fun-the girl that was helping me didn't speak very much English and was about 2 feet shorter than me but she knew much better than I did what would look good.

Yeah, I wasn't planning on getting the whole white dress thing either... at least not a dress that cost $100 or more, and like I said most wedding dresses I just don't like anyway - I just wanted a simple white one that suited my tastes. I was actually hoping to find something for $20! LOL

The only reason I want a white dress is b/c my fiancé wants me to wear a white dress... it wouldn't matter to him if it only costs $4 (or nothing ) as long as it's white! He wouldn't care if it was just a simple nice white top and skirt =)

And I'm sure he wouldn't be too disappointed if I wore something else entirely... ;> but I think we just like white since it can represent purity!
