Dear all,

             We were using rapid visa as our visa agency , at NVC uploading stage they added our joint sponsor as household member  and it's showing submitted but 2 docs are still missing in household member section. Since the NVC has suspended call service i had raised an inquiry to delete the household member , since this is going to take time can we submit the correct documents with the right joint  sponsor and in the missing household member docs upload a letter or note to delete the household member and not to consider or delete it.

since it's already messed up i dont want to wait for NVC to correct it and then submit the docs..... so ill submit it anyhow with the joint sponsors docs

joint sponsor does the I 864a

https://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/document/forms/i-864ainstr.pdf

and your spouse may be  included in their household size

Who May Be Considered a Household Member for Purposes of Form I-864A? For purposes of this contract, one or more of the following individuals may sign the Form I-864A as a household member if at least 18 years of age:

1. The intending immigrant, if the sponsor seeks to rely on an intending immigrant’s continuing income to establish the sponsor’s ability to support the intending immigrant’s spouse or children;

2. The spouse, parent, child, adult son or daughter, or sibling relative of the sponsor, if that relative has the same principal residence as the sponsor;

3. Any other individual whom the sponsor has lawfully claimed as a dependent on the sponsor’s most recent Federal income tax return even if that person does not live at the same residence as the sponsor. If more than one individual agrees to help support the sponsored immigrant, each individual must sign a separate Form I-864A.

The joint sponsor does not live with my spouse , so we are sure that he is a joint sponsor and not household member.

I will admit I do not fully understand the NVC stage for a spousal visa, but I would think if you have access, you can upload the I864 from the joint sponsor.  As to correcting the error that your service looks to have done (listing the joint sponsor as a household member which would require an I864A), I am not sure you can correct that yourself, and will need to wait for NVC to correct it.  I would also be talking to your visa service and demand they correct this for you.

Good Luck!

You should be able to upload the non household member AOS documentation in the correct section

Its been a few years since I was active in CEAC so I cant remember if you can remove documentation. . If you can not remove the incorrect document, dont bother trying to get Rapid Visa to do it .. they cannot do anything more on CEAC than you can.
For your I864 as primary sponsor, did you complete the form correctly ? IE. you did NOT add the joint sponsor as a household member? If you did it correctly, I would hope that the person reviewing the case will see the correct documentation where it should be .  If it us not done correctly then you will need to redo the I864 and upload that in place of the original.

If uploading to the correct section isnt possible, then i don't think  you have any options other that waiting until a real person opens your case, reviews it and sends whatever RFE requests are applicable

Incorrect.  Joint sponsor submits I-864.  I-864a is for a household member.
