Hello,

In the case of those who prepared K1 visa in the past(like 2019.. ~ 2021), I found that they filled out proof of ongoing relationship part.

I already read I-129F instructions but there's not any mention of proof of ongoing relationship.

They mentioned only about proof of having met within 2 years. Am I wrong? or the instructions changed?

I'm not sure if I should prepare the proof of ongoing relationship part, too.

I need some help. T_T

Not required for filing, but recommended for certain ‘difficult’ consulates.

Proof of ongoing relationship is to be brought to the interview.

 Which consulate?

I, beneficiary, am in Seoul, South Korea.

(and my fiancé, petitioner, is in Los angles.)

Adding more things, like ongoing relationship evidence, is called Front-loading.   USCIS does not require it nor will they consider the extra bits.  It is added so that the CO at the embassy/consulate can see it when they received the approved petition.

S.Korean beneficiaries do not need to do this.  As @powerpuff stated, you should bring it to the interview.   And you should have evidence that spans the entire length of the relationship, from before the I-129F submittal to the day of the interview.  The CO would want to see the relationship is still on-going.

The requirements for filing the I-129F have not changed during that time.

yes, its not required for relationship on-going however its already state clearly that you need to convinced them that your relationship is strong and real.

moreover, in my opinion there's nothing wrong to give the proof of relationship on-going to the uscis in order to avoid RFE or additional evidence.

you could give the log chat/call and some another discussion about your future plan like a wedding maybe..

Incorrect.  This is bad advice.  Nowhere does the I-129F state that proof of on-going evidence is needed.  USCIS will not issue an RFE for a non-existing requirement.

Please read the requirements of the I-129F carefully.
