I130- NOA - Beneficiary Middle name missing

Hello,

I paper filled I-130 for my spouse last year (2021). priority date - 7/28/2021, Currently waiting for approval.

It was oversight on my part, and I just realized that NOA1 is missing Beneficiary Middle name. First Name, Last Name and DoB are correct in NOA1.

Do you know if need to concern about this?

Thank you!!

when she fills out the DS 260 at the NVC stage ,  she has to list all names previously used

fill it it then,  with her middle name ,  maiden name and current name if she took your last name

make sure the primary name is what u want written on the green card

Mine also has that. Missing my wife’s middle name. Have you got actively reviewing yet?

Did you call USCIS to confirm if it okay to not having middle name in NOA1 or is it standard practice?

My case status changed to actively review on Dec 3rd, 2021. Still waiting for approval.

I did not. I asked my lawyer and on here, and apparently it’s ok, but to make sure when it gets to NVC the middle name is done right as that is what will be on her visa. I still haven’t gone AR status. Not sure what’s wrong. Or if anything is wrong haha.

Hey were you able to correct this?

I noticed on the NOA that i received for my mom for her I-130 application, the middle name is also missing but on her NOA for 485/765/131 has middle name initials.
