"From" is when you first started. "To" is when you finished. What you've written looks correct.

Hello again,

I would rather answer general high school or completed/graduated high school for course of study unless I studied extra for vocational training or my favorite, but then again it is not a big deal. And I will start the date of my admission with junior high and end it with the date after I graduated my senior high. Please correct me. Ty. NG

Hello,

Don't you want to start your high school admission from your junior high to your senior high? or two years is enough? and why vocational instead of completed/graduated high school? Ty, NG

There's this guide on the side of the form that says to write whether mine was Vocational or Academic.

I took TVL, Technical-Vocational-Livelihood in the 12th grade - so I guess it's a vocational course.

And as for my junior years (grade 7 - 10) I'm not sure what to write in the course of study. The guide did not say anything other than vocational and academic and we didn't learn any of these two. We only learned general things such as math, history; English, etc. This is the reason why I'm hesitant to add my junior high school. Again, general HS would make sense, but the form doesn't have that written in the guide - it only has Vocational and Academic stated.

I'm conflicted whether I should answer General HS for course of study. I know back then that strands such as STEM, TVL, etc. did not exist. So, answering General HS would make sense.

However, it's different now. The strands I've listed above are mandatory for students to graduate in the Philippines. I took TVL so I answered Vocational because it's in the name of the course itself.

Your grade 7-10 years in high school are your Academic years where you study math history etc and grade 11-12 are your Vocational years i shall say where you choose a course for practical skills. I would put your regular high school years.
