Voided extension letter (fraud) (split)

On 09/03/2022 united airlines denied boarding to Mexico from san-francisco, because my green card with extension letter is void (booking AVBPZ4, ticket 0162388792683).
After 1 hour conversation they used old tourist US visa and allowed boarding. ok! i spend 1 hour in arguing with representatives to get boarding pass... But this is fraud to use VOID us-visa to leave US.

But, alaska airways denied boarding on return flight to San Francisco, because i'm tourist on visa B2 but not permanent resident and my green card is void (booking WJSPVX, ticket 0272310419272).
And tourist is required vaccination to enter usa. After 1 hour in arguing they allowed me boarding by somebody else's vaccination. This is fraud to use void US-visa to enter US.

yes, fraud to use void US-visa to enter Mexico by United airlines.

yes, fraud to use void US-visa and fake vaccination card to enter US by Alaska airlines.

Already spoken with their lawyers, discussed compensation, but wrote complaints to DOT.

Your post is very, very confusing. Let me try and break it down.

When you left for Mexico from San Francisco your GC with extension letter is void. Well, first of all that is irrelevant because you are LEAVING the US. So it really doesn't make sense that they denied boarding when you were leaving. And also, why is it void?

Second, you said it is fraud to use old tourist visa to allow boarding. What do you mean with "old"? Expired? Same reasoning as above, you can still board to leave the US on an expired visa. And if it is fraud, why did you do it?

Why did you use somebody else's vaccination? You said they allowed you, but nobody was forcing you and that is fraud. Same with entering with a void visa, nobody forced you to do it. You can (and should!) always decline engaging in fraudulent activities.

Please clarify your situation.

I'm only guessing here, but possibly OP's passport doesn't have visa free travel to Mexico. However, US LPRs get access to Mexico and Canada regardless of their citizenship. That's how this may be relevant.

I don't quite get it. Did you seriously report yourself for fraud (using void US visas and fake vaccination card)? And now you want financial compensation from the airlines for the travel inconvenience?

What purpose does it serve to post this on VJ?

I've also seen the same post on another immigration forum. Very confusing!

Perhaps English is a bit of a barrier for OP to clearly state what she is worried about…so no problem, you can go slow and try answering questions one by one to see IF what you did/ happened to you may have any implications on your Green Card.

FiRST: Is your physical green card expired? What is date of Expiration on card?

Is your Extension Letter , assuming here you filed I-751 for 18 months or 24 months?

Did you file Joint ai-751 with spouse?  When?
Are you still in the marriage, we’re you traveling alone or w spouse? ( Just asking because IF USCIS wants to know, they can find out who was sitting next to you …and what you said at booking…☹️

You are quite right , what happened to OP is very relevant…because she is convinced she was classified as “ tourist “ on her most recent entry to US.

I highly doubt that to be the case … and perhaps loads of miscommunication/ language barriers …but even those boo boos at POE do happen.

As for COVID-19 protocols, will sit that out
