I-130 / I-485 CONCURRENT MISTAKE

I made the mistake of filing a I-130 and a I-485 for my step daughter but she is overseas. The I-485 was rejected because my step daughter is not in the country. My question is will the I-130 still get pushed through as it is still pending online with a change to case actively under review on 6/28/22?

Maybe you'll need to request consular. But thy aren't refunding the I-485 fee

Yes your I-130 will continue, just make sure not all supporting documents were “ rejected” returned to you in the I-485 envelope that came back. ( assuming here you meant rejected not denied)

 

Go online and file a e request under typographical error AND change the designation from adjusting in US to Consular Post. 
You get a chance to do it now , before approval and save $$$ and wasted time w need for I-824 later .
